Why are all the fascinating and miraculous acts clearly the products of the imaginations of primitive man?
If God had foretold all the developments of human history, culture and technology, in explicit detail, would there have been any point to a progressive unraveling and revelation of human history, culture and technology? There is a purpose to all of these things and actually, there are a few of these things revealed. There are allusions to nuclear warfare, global travel, the technological basis for a unified monetary and governmental system which is all coming into place. The Bible also foretells the regathering of the Jewish people to Israel after nearly 2000 years in exile. No other ethnic group has survived with its identity, its language and its religion intact for more than a couple of generations outside of its homeland. The Jewish Temple was destroyed in 70 AD by the Romans and the Bible states that it must be rebuilt, the Antichrist will enter the rebuilt Temple to demand worship and will profane the altar. Guess what? Google: Temple Institute. The Jews are prepared to rebuild the Temple, with all its furnishings, they've trained a new order of priests to carry out the ceremonies and they even believe that they can do all of this without disturbing the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount. Oh and by the way, the prophecies are Christian New Testament, rejected out of hand by the Jews, so this is not a collusion of the groups to see prophecy revealed. All of these things coincide with the end times, how interesting that all these things were prophesied and all of these things are occurring at the same point in history. What a coincidence.
